It’s specially designed for retailers, distributors, and small business owners who want to offer these services to their customers and earn commissions.

2. How do I become a retailer on MPSEasy?

You can become a retailer by signing up on our platform. Once registered, you’ll get access to your dashboard where you can start using our services instantly. You can also contact our support for onboarding assistance.

3. What is a Unified Wallet and how does it help me?

The Unified Wallet allows you to use a single balance to perform multiple services — recharge, bill payments, AEPS, etc. This means you don’t need to maintain different balances or SIMs for different operators, saving time and cost.

4. Is MPSEasy secure for financial transactions?

Yes, MPSEasy is built with industry-grade encryption and security protocols. All transactions are processed securely with OTP validation, device/IP tracking, and 24/7 monitoring to protect your data and funds.

5. What is AEPS and how can I use it through MPSEasy?

AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) allows you to offer banking services like balance inquiry, cash withdrawal, and mini statements using your customer's Aadhaar number and fingerprint authentication. You just need a biometric device and our portal to get started.

6. How much commission do I earn as a retailer?

Commissions vary based on the type of service you offer (recharge, AEPS, bill payment, etc.). MPSEasy offers competitive margins which are visible in your retailer dashboard. You can also check reports for complete commission tracking.

Our system handles failed transactions automatically with instant reversal in most cases. You can also raise a ticket from your dashboard or contact our support team for quick resolution.

8. Is there a mobile app available for MPSEasy?

Yes! We offer an Android app for our retailers where you can manage services, perform transactions, view reports, and more — right from your phone.

9. Can I download API and SMS format documents?

Yes, you can download the Open API Document, SOAP API Guide, and SMS Format Manual from the "Download" section on our website or dashboard.

10. Do I need GST or a business license to become a partner?

No, anyone with a valid mobile number and basic KYC can join MPSEasy as a retailer. However, for higher limits and distribution rights, additional verification may be required.
